root-seal provides professional networking services, community membership programs, mentorship facilitation, and related educational resources for entrepreneurs and business professionals. Our services include online community access, networking events, curated introductions, workshops, and advisory programs.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
Membership fees are as described on our services page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are provided separately in the membership agreement. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

As a member of our community, you are expected to treat all other members with respect and professionalism. Confidential information shared in mastermind groups, advisory sessions, or private discussions must not be disclosed without explicit permission. Violation of community guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of root-seal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing our services. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless root-seal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any membership agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and root-seal regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements between you and root-seal relating to your use of the services.
